These terms and conditions apply to enquiries, bookings, photo shoots, photo selection, retouching, delivery and payment for photography services provided by KR Studios / KR Creative Photography, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.
The website showcases the photography services offered by KR Studios / KR Creative Photography and accepts enquiries regarding photo shoots in Šiauliai, other towns or at a location of the client’s choice.
Enquiries may be made regarding portrait, family, couple, wedding, christening, event, studio, product, personal image or other photography services. The specific scope of the service, date, location, duration, number of photographs and price are agreed on an individual basis before the booking is confirmed.
The date of the photo shoot is only considered confirmed once there is a clear agreement on the terms of service, the date, the price and the payment arrangements. If an advance payment is agreed, the amount and payment deadline are specified on a case-by-case basis before the date is booked.
The payment method and due date are agreed upon before the order is confirmed.
If a photo shoot is cancelled at the client’s request and a deposit has been paid, the refund will be determined on the basis of an individual agreement, the actual costs incurred for preparation and booking, and the applicable legislation.
If, for important reasons, you are unable to attend the photo shoot, please let us know as soon as possible. Where possible, the photo shoot will be rescheduled to a time that suits both parties. If the photographer cancels the photo shoot, the client will be offered a new date or a refund of the deposit paid.
If a future booking is made remotely, the consumer is subject to the rules on distance contracts laid down in legislation. If the customer requests that the service commence or that a specific time be booked during the cancellation period, payment may be required for work actually carried out, the booking or reasonable costs incurred, to the extent permitted by law.
The location, time, duration, style, clothing, props, number of participants and other preparatory matters for the photo shoot are agreed on an individual basis. The client is responsible for their own clothing, make-up, hairstyle, props, location permits and any other items required for the photo shoot, unless otherwise agreed.
In the case of outdoor photo shoots, we may suggest changing the time, location or date due to unsuitable weather conditions. Delays, additional requests or changes to the scope of the service may affect the final price or the deadline for delivering the photographs.
The photographer selects the best photographs and retouches them in accordance with their creative style. The final, retouched photographs, in the agreed quantity, are provided to the client in digital format via a link or another agreed method of delivery.
The standard turnaround time for delivering photographs is 7–14 working days after the photo shoot, unless otherwise agreed due to a large volume of work, an event, a wedding, seasonal factors or additional work. Original RAW or unedited files are not provided to the client, unless this is agreed separately in writing.
The prices quoted on the website or in our communications are indicative, unless otherwise stated for a specific service. The final price depends on the type of service, duration, location, travel involved, number of photographs, extent of retouching, urgency and any additional requests.
The client is informed of any additional charges, such as extra retouched photographs, rush processing, additional time, travel, studio hire or other third-party costs, before these are confirmed.
The copyright in the photographs belongs to the photographer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client is granted the right to use the final photographs provided for personal purposes or for the agreed commercial purpose, provided that such purpose was clearly agreed at the time of the order.
Photographs from the KR Creative Photography portfolio may only be used on the website, on social media, in advertising, in competitions or for any other public display with the client’s proper authorisation or on some other lawful basis. If minors are participating in a photo shoot, permission for the use of their image must be granted by their parents or legal guardians.
If you do not wish your image to be used publicly, please let us know before the photo shoot or before giving your consent. We will respect your decision.
If you have any comments regarding the service, the transfer of photographs, quality or payment, please contact us by email in the first instance krstudios.lt@gmail.com. Please state the date of the booking, the type of service, the situation and your preferred solution in your enquiry.
We aim to respond to complaints or claims as quickly as possible, usually within 14 calendar days. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority: vvtat.lrv.lt.
The parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing their obligations if this is due to force majeure, illness, security risks, natural disasters, restrictions imposed by public authorities or other circumstances beyond the control of the parties. In such cases, the parties shall endeavour to agree on a new date, an alternative format or another solution acceptable to both parties.
